30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your FARESHIN jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the jewelry box, warranty card, and any included certificates.
Adjustable open-band rings must retain their original shape; pieces that have been bent, resized, or altered cannot be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.
Customized or engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at fareshinjewelry@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Photos are required for damaged or defective items.
Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back with a trackable service and share the tracking number with us.

Please do not send any return before receiving our confirmation — unannounced packages may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
