Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Each piece is inspected before dispatch, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Indonesia — Local Fulfillment

Orders shipped to Indonesia are dispatched directly from our local warehouse in Tangerang (Jakarta metropolitan area):

  • Jakarta and surrounding areas: 2–5 business days
  • Other regions and islands: typically 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier coverage
  • No customs duties or import taxes — your order ships domestically
  • Free shipping on orders over USD 59 (or the IDR equivalent); a flat fee shown at checkout applies below that

As an archipelago nation, delivery times to more remote islands can occasionally run longer; your tracking link always shows the latest status.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Indonesia are dispatched from our international fulfillment center:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Southeast Asia (outside Indonesia): 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
  • Free tracked shipping on orders over USD 59; flat fee below that

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment. Peak seasons and customs inspections may extend delivery times for international orders.

Customs & Duties (International Only)

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders delivered within Indonesia never incur import charges.

Tracking & Issues

All shipments include tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at fareshinjewelry@hotmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
